Talanoa Tai?
You Spot It, You Got It: Unpacking cultural conditioning and turning the mirror inward
Deepen self-awareness by recognising some of your cultural conditioning and its impacts on your daily life and your practice. When we are not conscious of the things that ‘irk us’ then we can unknowingly and knowingly project them onto others. What we reject, we project. By examining patterns and recognising our conditioning, we can live in more conscious ways. In this Talanoa Tai learning experience we offer practical tools and exercises to facilitate personal growth by turning the mirror inwards.
"A powerful and affirming learning experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking to deepen their self-awareness journey. Polu created a safe and thoughtful space that invited me to reflect on what I bring to my roles, while also identifying areas where I can continue to grow. In a world that is increasingly complex and polarised, opportunities like this -- where we are grounded in our core values -- are truly worth celebrating."

Voices from the Moana: Amplifying Pacific stories of healing and resilience
Explore and share rich narratives of healing and resilience from different Pacific nations and perspectives. The Pacific ocean is a diverse place and we have our own unique stories of healing through traditional practices, beliefs and methods. This Talanoa Tai learning experience invites reflection on your own understanding of different healing modalities from the Pacific and the impact it has on your worldview. It will equip you to advocate for social justice through Pacific voices.
"You invited us to share who we are. You reminded me to wake up and remember some of the stories we haven't spoken about for a long time. Voices from the Moana is more than just sharing, it's about igniting the voice within to remember who we are and our purpose, so fa'afetai."
